The boat outing and supervision aim to provide a high-quality experience: a maximum of 9 participants on a boat that can hold 14. This sea promenade offers personalized guidance, away from the crowds, in an intimate setting. Comfortably seated with cushions, shower, sunshade, and sunbeds, everyone has their own space for relaxation. (Diving masks are provided free of charge.)
Stand-up paddleboarding is a complete and accessible water sport for everyone. Great for your body and mind, it engages all muscles with no risk of injury. The only requirement is knowing how to swim. Your experienced instructor will provide the right foundation to help you feel confident and progress safely. With the boat, the spot for your paddleboarding lesson will be carefully chosen based on the weather, ensuring a calm-water learning experience. Enjoy the sense of well-being and serenity that comes with gliding through the crystal-clear waters of a wild, natural environment.
For an easy and fun experience, the boards chosen have large volumes. It’s also a great opportunity to share good moments with someone else on the same board or with your child.

The sport instructor
I am Olivier, your instructor. A local of the area and passionate about the sea, I am happy to share with you my knowledge of the natural and cultural heritage of our beautiful Catalan region, as well as my passion for water sports, always with safety in mind.
Since 2004, I have been leading various sporting activities, both in France and abroad. I hold the qualifications required by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Aquatic Safety and Rescue Certificate, as well as the passenger transport diploma issued by the Maritime Affairs Department. I am committed to providing you with a unique and safe experience.
My goal? To give you the essential skills to become a true rider, all while enjoying unforgettable moments 🙂
The boat
Semi-rigid “Zar Formenti Suite Plus”
of 7.5 meters, 250 HP.
Our boat will satisfy the most demanding. It is approved for 14 people, but I have chosen to accommodate only 8 people so that everyone can have their own comfort space and a careful supervision.
In terms of comfort, all seats of our Zar 75 are in the direction of travel and offer comfortable cushions as in your own living room. Space and volume are optimized with elegance and modernism. At sea, thanks to its long V-shaped hull, the boat provides a smooth ride. As for the unpleasant side splashes, there are none! To get wet, you have to get in the water !
On board, you will also have an awning to protect you from the sun, masks and snorkels (for those who don’t have their own), wetsuits (depending on the weather), sundeck, a fresh water shower, a swim ladder…
In short, whether you are with family or friends, everything is there to make your introduction to SUP an unforgettable experience.
Stand up paddle boards
Having the right equipment is an essential factor for success when learning an activity.
I chose the leading French brand in sports, Decathlon, which is always at the forefront of innovation and is an official partner of Bleu Loisirs.
To have fun immediately I chose a big volume board, the ITIWIT in 11 feet which combines all the qualities, very stable and easy for people over 80kg. The Dropstich making provides solidity and rigidity without forgetting a good quality of glide with its pointed shape, which makes it versatile whatever the water surface and able to cross the chop easily.
As for the paddle, you will be equipped with a light carbon ITIWIT adjustable paddle.
For more fun, you can even try SUP boarding with several people on the same board.
The interest of inflatable board is multiple, it is soft in case of fall and thanks to its quality of construction, it offers a very good rigidity and its small footprint makes it easy to use on a river or a tour paddle boarding.
For wave riding, I would recommend a rigid board that has more incisive rails for surfing.
